DISEÑO / DESIGN
Los diseños se realizan considerando dos máximas:
1. Contando permanentemente con el usuario (personal de enfermería).
2. Calculando la integración del diseño en otro para que sea polivalente.
The design is based on two principles:
1. Counting on the collaboration of the user (nursing staff)
2. Design integration so that the material may be used for more than one product.

Nuestros productos terminados tienen una relación peso/volumen muy descompensada, por lo que el transporte lo encarece mucho.
Our finished products have a very exaggerated weight to volume ratio making transport costs unreasonably high.
Bondades de nuestro sistema de fabricado:
La diferenciación de nuestros fabricados con el resto, está en la calidad del almohadillado que se realiza mediante “Soldadura de Ultrasonido en Continuo”.
Por el mismo procedimiento fabricamos las cintas.
A estos fabricados los denominamos “Componentes”.
Advantages of our manufacturing system:
The difference between our manufacturing system and that used by our competitors lies in the quality of the cushioning which is done by "Continuous Ultrasonic Welding".
Our straps are manufactured using the same process.
These are known as the "Components".

Suministrando estos “Componentes” en rollos, la relación peso/volumen, es mucho más equilibrada, por lo que nuestro cliente ahorra en costo transporte.

By supplying these "Components" in rolls, the weight to volume ratio is much more advantageous and our clients make a significant saving in transport costs.
Dificultad para el confeccionado final:
La inversión que se precisa es mínima, una máquina de coser semi - industrial, unas tijeras y una selladora de plástico para el tubo de embalaje higiénico.
Los patrones y la formación, lo facilitamos nosotros.
Difficulties in assembling the finished product:
A minimum investment is required: a semi-industrial sewing machine, a pair of scissors and a plastic sealing machine for the hygienic packing.
We provide both the patterns and any necessary training.
